Kennedy Insurance Brokers is an independent, locally owned, insurance brokerage specializing in business, home, auto, life and benefits insurance. We are looking for a caring and dynamic individual to join our team as a Personal Insurance Broker. In this role you will: Be the welcoming point of contact for our clients Provide exceptional customer service to a dedicated client base, including renewal reviews, remarkets, endorsements, coverage comparisons, etc. Compassionately advise clients on claims Quickly respond to client inquiries and resolve problems Increase client base by capitalizing on cross-sell opportunities and referrals Maintain customer retention. Qualifications: RIBO License (active & in good standing) is preferred. Minimum 3 years experience in a customer service role. Experience using Microsoft Office, Word & Excel is preferred. Post secondary education. Skills A team player with a strong work ethic. Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, communication and negotiation skills Proven sales ability to round-out accounts An unwavering commitment to professionalism, with a strong desire to grow technical expertise and experience in order to provide unsurpassed service and support to clients. Comfortable learning and using technology platforms consistent with a progressive insurance brokerage.
