Neo Financial is looking for an Intern to join our passionate and collaborative People Team of high performers in Winnipeg. In this role, you will learn about attracting and onboarding top talent into a rapidly growing fintech organization. This is a full-time 4 month term commencing in January with the possibility of extending. Candidates must be located in Winnipeg, or open to relocate for on-site work. What you'll be doing: Support the talent acquisition team throughout the candidate journey Assist in a seamless onboarding experience for new hires Participate in talent marketing events Support our new hire orientation Track and showcase our deliverables by data management and reporting in our HRIS and ATS systems Support the operations of our day-to-day facilities Respond to a variety of People-related questions and provide excellent employee experience Who we're looking for: You are a student in their third year or later, pursuing an undergraduate degree in human resources, business, or a related field and seeking the opportunity to get hands-on experience You take initiative and are willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done You are a strong team player who excels in a fast-paced environment You are highly organized, detail oriented and have great time management skills You are eager to learn, take pride in your work, and have an interest in the tech industry Apply with us: At Neo, you’ll be working with industry-leading technology that changes the way we live and redefines Canada’s financial future.
