Job description Seeking a full time administrative assistant/receptionist for a busy Real Estate Office. The hours are Full Time, Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 6pm. The Administrative Assistant/Receptionist will respond to all incoming calls, greeting and directing visitors, answering inquiries in a positive and professional manner. Key Responsibilities: (include but are not limited to) - Answer all incoming calls and handle call inquires. - Receive, direct & relay telephone, email and fax messages. - Greet, assist and/or direct REALTORS, visitors and the general public. - Pick up and deliver mail, arrange for couriers. - Sending off listings to the Real Estate Board - Document compliance - Updating and maintaining all databases/websites. - Management of Conference room scheduling - Data entry on Microsoft and Accounting platforms - Providing assistance to conveyance and accounting when required Qualifications: - Previous reception experience is considered an asset - additional language is considered an asset - Interpersonal, oral & written communication skills - Fast Paced Work Environment - Quick Learner - Multitasking - Friendly professional manner - Organized and detail focused - Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, G-mail) - Must be able to type at least 50 WPM We offer a friendly and professional work environment with competitive wages.
