We are currently requesting resumes for the following position: Field Team Leader Resume Due Date: Thursday October 13th 2022 (5:00PM EST) Number of Vacancies: 1 Duration: 2 years Location: Darlington Hours: Up to 35 hours per week Job Overview Be present in the field (plant) (90% of the time) providing oversight and support of department led project related work. This includes regular entry into containment radiation zones. Be a key member of the project team with a good and current understanding of the project schedules, plans and issues. Oversee and collaborate with vendors to support safety, housekeeping and productive progress of scheduled work. Collaborate with vendors and OPG staff (including Construction, Operations, Maintenance, Radiation Protection, Project Control Office, etc.) in problem solving and actively supporting the removal of obstacles impeding work progress and efficiency. Regularly review project documentation including Work Plans, Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and Work Orders to oversee completion and quality. Attend vendor field Pre Job Briefs (PJB). Qualifications Minimum 3 years experience working in a nuclear generating plant. Minimum 3 years experience in plant Maintenance, Operations or Construction. Proficiency with OPG or equivalent processes, requirements and systems including Work Protection and Radiation Protection. A self starter with the ability to collaborate and problem solve with vendors and stakeholders. #NUC #MON
