Detecting fraud for Financial Institutions and protecting valuable Media & Entertainment content are issues we can directly address by applying geolocation. We are seeking a proactive, positive and enthusiastic team player to join our global IT team as IT Support Lead. The IT Support Lead contributes to GeoComply’s success by overseeing the IT Support and IT new employee onboarding programs in North America. The IT Support Lead ensures all employees' technical assistance requests are resolved in a timely fashion and in a professional manner. What You Will Be Doing Lead and mentor the IT Support team in North America Manage Jira Service Management IT ticketing system to track team performance and identify improvement opportunities Collaborate with system engineers to continuously streamline the IT Support process Partner with HR to continue improving our employee onboarding program Provide comprehensive technical support to GeoComply employees worldwide Create and develop a knowledge base articles repository to help users self-serve About You 5 years of relevant experience in IT technical support Experience creating and implementing IT Support processes 3+ years of experience working in a cloud-first organization including familiarity with Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Confluence, 1Password, Zoom, and Oomnitza Excellent priory and time management skills to perform a variety of concurrent tasks with minimal direction Customer-focused attitude and excellent communication skills Let us share why we think you’d love working with us: We have a track record of success and a vision and a plan for a promising future.
