JOB DESCRIPTION Insight Global is looking for an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join a Fortune 100 technology company. In partnership with the Field Sales Representatives, the ISR is responsible for the account management and sales of IT products for large enterprise and government accounts. The ideal candidate will have a technical background, prior account management/sales experience, and a keen interest in pursuing a career within IT. Responsibilities: Actively collaborate with Field sales and others to ensure seamless account coverage Involves Field Sales Rep as necessary for high complexity sales Leverages the company's sales tool and processes to create RFP's, special pricing and escalations, where applicable Listens to customer needs and informs customers of company promotions, upgrades and extended products/services Owns strategic entry points at the customer aligned to the business objective of area. Establishes a professional working relationship with the client May interfaces with specialty buyers, e.g., IT, Procurement, etc. or with business executives. Establishes partner contacts and engages partners effectively to improve win rates on selective deals. Aligns the account strategy and sales motions to maximize client value Seeks out appropriate resources in presales, product/service specialists to support complex deals Apply subject matter knowledge within established guidelines and recommend appropriate alternatives Candidates must demonstrate the ability to: Multi-task within all contact channels including phone calls, emails and chat Navigate efficiently and confidently between multiple systems, tools/resources, and screens Communicate effectively and efficiently (verbally and in writing) Organize and manage time efficiently while paying attention to detail Work independently/solve problems with limited direction and support Act with integrity; promote and model the core values Maintain a professional and positive demeanour Adhere to assigned schedule MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree Minimum 1-2 years of enterprise sales or account management experienced (IT industry preferred) Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, OneNote, Excel, Sharepoint, Powerpoint etc.) Client-facing experience (inbound/outbound) DESIRED SKILLS
