WHAT YOU’LL DO Communicate with client via phone and e-mail; Learn in-house customer management systems (in-house training provided); Ensure timelines are met and immigration applications are filled. Fulfill requests by clarifying desired information; Maintain customer service database by entering data/information; Participate in weekly team meetings and one-on-one meetings with the Management. Provide case status updates and process questions where appropriate; Create a positive and professional first impression on behalf of the company, including instilling confidence in our ability, willingness, and desire to help; Legal Support concerning LMIA Applications Research as required THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE: Knowledge and preferable experience of the Canadian immigration procedures (i.e. WP, PR, EE, LMIA, etc.) Document review experience is a plus but is not necessary to participate. Recent graduates and future trainees are also encouraged to apply. Have availability to start right away Excellent English communication skills High attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills Completion of a Bachelor's degree High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service High level of computer and tech proficiency.
