The Corporate office is located in Calgary, Alberta and is currently operating with a hybrid work arrangement, with in-office work Tuesday-Thursday, and Monday/Friday work from home. The Opportunity: Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources and Health & Safety, the Human Resources Advisor / Recruiter will be responsible for key HR activities such as full cycle recruiting and onboarding new Associates, assisting People Leaders and Associates with HR inquiries, and assisting with general HR administrative responsibilities. Key Areas of Responsibility: Responsible for the full-cycle recruitment and on-boarding activities across Canada for the Corporate office and some Field positions, as well as coordinating the offboarding process. Conduct wellness intake calls and follow up with Associates with seasonal respiratory illness symptoms. Conduct the New Hire Orientation and Health and Safety Orientation. Maintain accurate and confidential Associate records and files of HR transactions including performance reviews, discipline, policy acknowledgements, etc. Assist the HR Department to create presentations, reports, and documents. Assist with the facilitation of HR training, HR Seminars, or workshops. Assist the HR Department in the implementation of the Health and Safety programs and initiatives. Key Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration (with an HR focus), or similar. Proficiency using computers and familiarity with software including Microsoft Office; 5 years related experience, including recruitment activities; Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to present to small or large groups of people; Flexibility, high energy and compassion is required.
