Job description
We are looking for experienced Farm Supervisors to perform the following duties: Monitor and record freezing temperatures for Fall, Winter, and Spring Calculate tree row volumes Monitor for weeds and control as needed Monitor for insect and mite pests Train workers to perform grafting during the winter season Coordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers Supervise the growing and harvesting operations of the fruits Make work schedules for the farm workers Maintain quality control and reports such as the quantity of the fruits harvested by weight Train general farm workers on farm duties Compensation: $16.00/hr Position Status: Open Please apply to [email protected]
