We currently employ and deliver services to multiple clients in Alberta, Saskatchewan, BC, the Yukon and the United States. ROLE OBJECTIVE: Reporting to Hardline's URD & Streetlight Program manager, the Intern will be responsible for assisting in data analytics, drafting and design for multiple departments at Hardline. The candidate must have proven abilities in Microsoft suite programs, as well as collaborate with various divisions including safety and engineering. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBLITIES: To effectively complete the responsibilities of this position, the candidate must be able to complete the following: Ensure work is consistently accurate, of a high quality, scheduled and completed to meet project deliverables. Manage, prioritize, and effectively deliver multiple projects and work requests both internally and externally with clients. Look for continuous improvement opportunities Lead by example in regard to Health and Safety protocols and requirements. QUALIFICATIONS: Current student in program relating to Electrical or Civil Engineering; Entrepreneurial approach and the ability to take on challenges in a changing environment; Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives; Proficiency with computer systems and applications including the Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage multiple assignments with tight timelines; Self-motivated, positive attitude, strong client focus and results driven; Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing with internal and external customers, stakeholders and co-workers; Excellent organizational skills that demonstrate the ability to resolve conflicting priorities; Ability to work in a team environment.
