What The Role Looks Like As the Digital Campaign Manager, you will play a critical role in our marketing organization, owning responsibility for strategy, execution, and results for FlexPay growth marketing campaigns. You’ll work closely with partners in the FlexPay marketing team and other internal stakeholders to design and deliver integrated campaign and event experiences across paid channels, owned, and earned marketing channels to meet the company’s demand and other campaign goals. A day in the life of this position includes: Establishing campaign strategy and demand journeys Responsible for writing campaign materials, including emails and landing pages, optimizing for desired outcomes Designing integrated multi-channel campaign plans across digital and owned media, field marketing, content marketing, digital media, and SDR teams Supporting the creation and acceleration of pipeline through marketing programs incorporating digital media, paid social, email marketing, nurture, live and virtual events Managing outbound enterprise, and inbound midmarket campaigns using content marketing, digital media, paid social, email marketing, nurturing, live and virtual events Collaborating with cross-functional marketing teams to ensure programs identify and utilize compelling content aligned to the targeted personas within the right stage of the buyer journey Partnering closely with field marketing to integrate campaign strategy and messaging into digital and physical field events, ensuring continuity across the buyer journey Partnering with the creative team to build campaign assets that enhance campaign performance Managing and executing ABM programs in partnership with Sales Orchestrating and leading ongoing account check-ins with sales, operations, content & field marketing teams to ensure account goals, key contacts and account plans remain on track, and identify and coordinate upcoming account requirements and modifications Coordinating and project managing campaigns roadmap with marketing operations, web operations, and SDR teams. Who We're Looking For You're a talented and experienced Digital Campaign Manager with 5 – 7 years of a proven track record, delivering outstanding results that drive sales and revenue. You are looking for your next exciting role with a young FinTech company that is making a real difference removing payment obstacles between merchants and their customers, and where you can make a real impact. You have documented results driving b2b marketing-driven sales and revenue, an approach blending a creative mind with a deep grounding in analytics and optimization, audience targeting, ABM marketing, messaging, integrated channel campaign design, and pipeline creation. You will have the experience and insights to plan, execute, and optimize integrated digital campaigns across multiple paid, owned, and earned channels. This is a true integrated B2B marketing campaigns manager role. What We're Looking For A minimum Bachelor’s Degree required Minimum 5-7 years working experience in campaign strategy and demand generation Demonstrated ability to strategically plan and execute marketing campaigns that align message platforms, business and sales strategy and pipeline creation goals High levels of proficiency in written and verbal presentations, using Microsoft Office and other tools Enterprise SaaS or FinTech marketing experience Demonstrated experience with SFDC reporting, data and lead processes Strong project management skills with the ability to drive planning and ensure flawless execution Experience managing successful ABM programs in partnership with sales Strong understanding of the enterprise SaaS sales motion and how marketing partners with sales to develop pipeline and exceed revenue targets Experience in marketing budget optimization, planning and reporting on all stages of the funnel Proficiency in marketing automation software (Eloqua or Marketo) and comfortable working in, and reporting from, SFDC Ability to leverage data and insights in the development and optimization of marketing plans to deliver required results A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills A self-starter driven by success with attention to detail Outside of the box thinking, someone who is not afraid to ask questions and look for new/different solutions.
