Job Summary *** Willing to train *** Responsibilities and Duties · Calling customers to get their orders and answering customer inquiries · Respond to all customers inquiries (via telephone, email, fax) in a professional, polite manner with the goal to provide customer-focused service · Enter, edit, and process customer orders · Manage administration tasks involving accurate data entry for various internal and external reports · Acknowledge all customer inquiries and requests within timeline, and provide timely follow-up until final response is available · Entering invoices on Business Central · Communicating orders with the team leaders · Processing customer payments and keeping track of outstanding balances · Filing · Ordering and managing office supplies · Keeping track of inventory Qualifications and Skills · Excellent communication skills in Mandarin are mandatory (Cantonese an asset as well) · Excellent customer service skills · Enthusiastic and passionate about work · Working knowledge of Business Central (Nice to have) · Must have great organizational skills · Ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment · Ability to multi-task Work Location: Arthur, ON N0G 1A0 Start Date: Immediate Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Dental care Extended health care Life insurance Vision care Schedule: 8 hour shift Ability to commute/relocate: ARTHUR, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Education: Secondary School (preferred) Experience: Customer service: 1 year (preferred) Language: Mandarin (required) Work Location: One location
