Multiple CNC 3-Axis Vertical Machining Center setup and programming. Set up the machinery necessary for the machining of intricate, high-precision metal components, including the fixtures and tooling. NC blocks and various 3D manufactured parts are programmed, set up, and machined. (Surface machining and programming). Continuously perform quality checks to make sure the work is within tolerance. Make a tool choice. From shift to shift, relay pertinent information to the assistant supervisor and your coworkers. carry out activities as instructed safely and understand how to lock out all energy sources, including stored energy. If you are unsure how to complete jobs safely, speak with your supervisor or assistant supervisor. Observe all safety regulations, guidelines, and instructions. Job Requirements: Must have 5 years of experience in Programming and setting up CNC machining Centers. Experience in Mastercam is must. Ability to read and interpret blueprints charts and tables. communication and mathematical skills should have.
