Job description
High River Toyota is looking for a motivated individual with automotive experience to join our team! The selected candidate will report to the Service Manager and a few highlighted responsibilities would be handling outbound/inbound calls, customer satisfaction outreach, and identifying/securing new opportunities. Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to): Ability to converse with customers to discuss needs and direct appropriately within the dealership Ensure that a minimum of 25 prospecting calls will be made daily Speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations Handle customer inquiries and/or appointments via telephone, emails, and text messages Check for parts on hand and re-schedule appointments if needed Knowledge of dealership processes and maintain professionalism Excellent customer service and phone skills, ability to provide active listening and ensure that customer service experience is priority Possess strong organizational, follow-up and paper-flow handling skills Organized, self-motivated, enthusiastic and detail-oriented Operate company vehicles like shuttling customers Additional duties as assigned Requirements/Assets: Car dealership or automotive experience Knowledge of vehicles Clean and valid Driver's License Computer knowledge and usage Communication skills Technological understanding Group benefits package is provided after probationary period, local High River residents are preferred but not required!
