Position We are currently seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant for our Burnaby office. The Administrative Assistant position is the gateway for funders and patients to access our services. The primary duty of the Administrative Assistant is to format clinical reports and distribute them by email, fax or mail. Duties include but are not limited to: Data entry into Microsoft Access database and use of web portal for data entry; Formatting detailed and length clinical reports, marketing materials and letters; Why work with Community Therapists? Demonstrated ability to respond to the public in a pleasant manner in all types of situations. Strong attention to detail Part-Time work availability (9:00 – 1:00; M-F).
